In control with Kenco oil level controllers

How to keep control of the running oil level in the crankcase of stationary engines, compressors, and mechanical lubricator boxes? With KENCO oil level controllers you can be in control and reduce maintenance.

KENCO oil level controllers are designed to maintain the running oil level in the crankcase of stationary engines, compressors, and mechanical lubricator boxes. KENCO oil level controllers work in conjunction with an elevated oil supply system which feeds the oil level controller with oil as it is consumed in the crankcase. As most engines consume oil, you must maintain the oil level to secure proper engine operation. The oil level controller maintains the amount of oil in the crankcase by a float controlled valve. The valve opens and closes as oil is needed in the crankcase to provide a consistent and safe operating oil level.

Several KENCO oil level controller models include switch functionality. If the oil level in the crankcase drops past the designated level, the switch operates as a safety device and will trip and trigger an alarm or shutdown to avoid potential damage to the engine or compressor. If an elevated oil supply system is not utilized, KENCO also offers models with switch only functionality to monitor the oil level in the crankcase.

Hatraco has a broad range of oil level controllers, oil level switches and fire safe valves (also versions which are CSA & ATEX Approved) available to control your running oil level.
