Basic Spark Plug Cables
Spark plug cables adjusted for industrial
use but built from silicone rubber parts that originate
in the automotive industry. For use on smaller sized
engines like MAN & Liebherr. |
|
 |
Spark Plug Cables with Teflon
extensions
We offer a broad program of spark
plug leads with Teflon spark plug extenders in many shapes and
sizes.
Cables can be furnishes with
standard copper core wire or stainless steel, special cover boots,
and protective hose. |
|
 |
Spark
Plug Cables with Ceramic extensions
The top line of the program are the Ceramic shell
spark plug cables and extensions. As where silicone rubber ages
quickly and also Teflon will show a reduced electrical insulation,
ceramic will hold it's insulating rate like no other material will.
A innovative design offers a solution for nearly any engine model. |
|
 |
Cable sets for distributor ignition
For those engines
that are still equipped with distributor
ignition we offer complete prefabricated cable sets
including rotor cover and distributor cable. |
|
 |
Spring top spark plug extensions
Some medium sized and large engines are equipped with flange
mounted coils, eliminating the use of a spark plug cable. To bridge
the distance between the plug and the coil, spring loaded extensions
with flexible coil connector nose are used. We offer various
models and sizes depending on engine model and spark plug type.

 |
Shielded spark plug cables
For explosion
endangered area's or heavy duty environments we offer
"shielded" cables with special fittings and a metal
braided conduit with Teflon liner to ensure optimal
protection of the cable. Many of these cables are
available with CSA or ATEX certification. |
|
 |
Shielded spark plug cables without
metal braiding
For explosion
endangered area's or heavy duty environments there is a
new family of "shielded" cables available without
the metal braiding. These leads feature a protective
hose around the actual spark plug wire.
The
non-metallic internal shield permits use of timing
lights, oscilloscopes, etc. Two independent
insulation layers must be breached for a spark to occur.
An internal conductive shield provides a safety path to
ground. |
 |
Spark
plug adapter extensions
Also for use in explosion endangered area's or heavy
duty environments, the distance
between the plug and the coil can be bridges by shielded adapter
extension. the parts also come and many different lengths and
connection varieties. |

Various Jenbacher coil conversion
options
Expensive,
vulnerable Jenbacher coil/extensions assemblies can be exchanged by reliable
Altronic coils. Also the use of basic Teflon spark
plug extensions will offer additional cost reduction and cheap
replacement parts. Mounting rail for coils not strictly necessary. |
