Programming and Visualisation

Most digital Altronic products come with the necessary software in order to monitor and control the functioning of the device. Commonly this is limited to 1 engine at the time. Whenever there is a specific requirement to monitor  performance data for more then one engine at the same time, Hatraco offers tailor made visualisation and interfacing options to meet the customer's wishes.

Gap Setting Tool
Some medium sized and large engines are equipped with flange mounted coils, eliminating the use of a spark plug cable. To bridge the distance between the plug and the coil, spring loaded extensions with flexible coil connector nose are used.  We offer various models and sizes depending on engine model and spark plug type.

Programming

The latest ignition systems and instruments can be set-up according to the specifications required by the engine. Altronic offers standard software in order to do the necessary programming. Hatraco can program and test these units in house before the actual installation to make sure that dangerous situations on the engine are reduced to a minimum.

Engine Upgrades

Hatraco is specialist in upgrading older engines to the latest standard with respect to control and emissions.

Lately, many older engines suffer with difficulties to live up to modern expectation concerning reliability, efficiency and environmental issues. Hatraco can provide equipment that comply to the latest EU environmental standards and hazardous environment regulations (ATEX). We can upgrade large fuel injected engines with modern fuel control like Altronic's GOV-10 and exchange mechanical driven ignition "magneto's" with sophisticated digital ignition products offering higher precision and additional monitoring and control options.

Remote control

Communication is a major business these days. Calling upon your data from anywhere in the world is more and more required. Altronic's latest ignition systems can talk with the world "outside" by means of MOD-Bus communication to which any customer can connect it's own engine control system either from nearby the engine or by means of a remote connection.
